    Transportation prices from the hotel are exorbitant!!! Beach access is often limited due to strong currents!!! It would have been nice to know about the complimentary amenities earlier in the stay!!!

    The breakfast buffet was a real gem-plenty of scrumptious choices that got our day off to a solid start! Plus, sipping freshly squeezed juice by the pool just hit different. What a vibe! The friendly staff made sure we felt right at home, and the pool area was just divine with sunbeds galore.

    The employees were very helpful and offered great services. We thoroughly enjoyed a nice size and brand-new room with a fabulous seaview. The breakfast was freshly prepared and hot with authentic Thai food and also an absolute abundance, so much to pick from.

    Thank you everyone for a really nice stay outside in the town. The breakfast was nice hot and delicious and you could try breads, cakes, and eggs etc. The location was great, right on the beach & shops up the street and the interior design was modern. Moreover, it was next to the waterfalls, the sea and restaurants all within walking distance.

    And i want to give a special shoutout to milli, beaut, and pham for their amazing service. The pool area was lovely, and lounging by the beachside restaurant was such a treat. It had a perfect vibe for relaxation.

    The staff was very servic-minded. The internett was free. It was nice when the children was playing at the childrens-room we parents could sitt in the "cafe" and see the children.

    We stayed in the 3th floor and we have a baby-troller. It was no lift so we had to carry it up and down.

    The beachfront location is unbeatable, providing easy access to local restaurants and shops. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a range of delicious options, including gourmet pizzas. The experience was marred by reserved sunbeds being misused by some guests. While the happy hour cocktails by the pool were enjoyable, the buy-one-get-one-free deal on drinks could be confusing. Lastly, it would be great to see a bit more variety in dining options around the beach.

    Great location, staff and rooms. Free transfer from my other hotel in Khao Lak to Ramada. Reasonable prices, I went there in October and did not see the sun for 4 days but if you go there outside monsoon, you will have the trip of a lifetime.

    I stayed at the Oasis superior room, close to the reception area. Which was somewhat noisy after 7-8 am due to people outside the area.

    The staff consistently demonstrated really good hospitality, from the warm welcome at check-in to their attentive service throughout the stay. The food quality at breakfast was great, with a wide variety of fresh tropical fruits and made-to-order beverages. The spacious and clean room.
